Moving on! Miranda Lambert drops $3.4m on a stunning Tennessee property complete with rustic farmhouse and its own private lake

Home is where the heart is and clearly hers is no longer in the marital home she once shared with ex Blake Shelton.

Miranda Lambert has marked the new stage in her life with a rather costly but beautiful gift to herself - a new home.

The 32-year-old star is now the proud owner of a rustic farm near Primm Springs, Tennessee, about an hour outside of Nashville.

According to Variety, the property set the country singer back $3.4 million. 

Spread across 400 plus acres, the property has three homes on it - two of which are dreamy cabins - a private lake, pasturelands and a horse stable, has everything a county gal could need for romance and song writing inspiration.

While a number of outlets reported the gorgeously green land was snapped up by her ex-husband Blake, the DailyMail.com can confirm it was indeed Miranda who gets to call the place home.

In fact, the House That Built Me star has already moved in, spending the weekend at the home writing and romancing with new boyfriend Anderson East.

Miranda posted a picture of herself strumming away on her guitar while sitting on one of the houses' porch using the picture-perfect woods behind her as inspiration.

The star captioned the snap: 'Weekend well spent. @andersoneast,’ the singer captioned as she strummed a guitar while sitting on a porch, before adding the hastags: #writin' #singin' #overallsandbeer #pencilandpaper #thecountry #weekendsoff #recharging #tennessee.'

Miranda has certainly found herself a rustic piece of paradise with one cabin looking as if it was plucked out of a fairy tale, positioned in a small clearing with a stream running alongside it.

The home is only one bedroom but that bedroom is in a glass surrounded loft above a stunning great room which is complete with a stone fireplace.

While it may be rustic, there is plenty of luxury touches to make sure she is not roughing it too much.

This includes a gorgeous bathroom with a big tub and a white subway tiles.

And making it perfect for the country star, there is also a pavilion with a stage and seating for 60.

While it is still too cold, in the summer Miranda and her new beau will be able to cool off in the property's lake which already has a dock and canoe storage.

It is not known if this will become Miranda's full time home as she kept hers and Blake's Nashville mansion while Blake now resides in his Tishomingo, Oklahoma, ranch, when he is not in Los Angeles filming The Voice with girlfriend Gwen Stefani.
