Riding high: Sophie Monk steals the show as she performs 'horse yoga' complete with dramatic headstands and acrobatics during Australia's Got Talent auditions

As a judge of Australia's Got Talent, it's her job to critique performers on stage.

However, it appears Sophie Monk is trying to go one better and participate in the performances as well.

The 36-year-old bombshell challenged a group of performers during Monday night's episode, claiming she could also complete an acrobatic routine and gamely jumped on a horse.

'This acrobatics horse act came on and they were doing these tricks, and I was like: "I think I can do that," she said.

During the act, fellow judge Ian 'Dicko' Dickson announced to the audience in disbelief: 'Sophie believes she can do a headstand on the horse.'

Fellow judge Eddie Perfect chimed in saying: 'This will be good!'

She then threw her legs back over her head while successfully balancing her head on the back of the horse with her legs raised skywards.

Judge Kelly Osbourne, who was standing close by for support, was blown away by the talent of her friend.

'Sophie, I am so impressed with you, you have no idea!' she exclaimed.

Sophie replied, saying: 'I am kinda impressed with myself to be honest.'

Eddie seemed equally blown away with the leggy blonde's efforts, describing her performance as 'horse yoga.'

'What possesses someone to do a headstand on a horse? It's like horse yoga!' he joked.

Kelly then went on to explain that Sophie often tries to challenge the performers, taking part in a range of acts including playing with a dog on stage and joining a band of drummers.

'We have this thing where we say: 'Anything you can do, Sophie can do it better,' the lilac-haired judge joked.

'Kelly she wants to go along with everything and that's what I love about her,' she added.
