Some men may be uncomfortable with seeing the woman in their life posing naked on the front cover of the world's fashion bible.

However, Zayn Malik is clearly chuffed at his ability to attract a supermodel girlfriend as he showed his support for new love Gigi Hadid following her nude Vogue cover.

The English singer, 23, retweeted Vogue France's posting of the cover along with a OK hand sign and lovey-dovey emojis on his Twitter page on Monday evening.

Earlier on Monday, the 20-year-old pin-up shared her delight in being chosen to pose for Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott for the March issue of the glossy.

Gigi appears in two covers - one naked except for a pair of high-heels - and another flashing some cleavage under a Chanel jacket.

Joking about the racy cover shoot, the beauty took to Instagram to share the image with her 12.9 million Instagram followers, and joked that she was only wearing perfume.

Zayn and Gigi have been dating since November after apparently meeting at Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday party last summer.

Their high-profile romance started just days after it was revealed Gigi split from Joe Jonas after a few months of dating.

Zayn Malik's debut solo single has gone straight to number one in 60 countries on its release day and helping him along his way was stunning model, Gigi Hadid.

Since splitting with Perrie and the band, Zayn found a new path as a solo artist with Gigi on his arm and of course, when you've got a model girlfriend (one who has walked the Victoria's Secret runway in fact) why not include them in your video?

Zayn is currently riding high both professionally and personally following the huge reception to his debut single Pillowtalk, which has hit No.1 in the charts.

Gigi ended up co-starring alongside her boyfriend in the accompanying video, which isn't the first time she's mixed business and pleasure.

The blonde bombshell previously starred alongside ex Cody Simpson in his 2014 single Surfboard.
