Her husband is locked in a heated custody battle with his ex wife Madonna.

But Jacqui Ainsley put any family worries to one side on Tuesday as she glammed up for a stylish lunch date.

The model looked absolutely stunning as she enjoyed the L.K.Bennett x Bionda Castana lunch at Mark's Club in London with a host of fashionable faces.

Jacqui, 34, brightened up the grey weather with a colourful ensemble, teaming a bright blue top with a print skirt.

The beauty's statement piece featured bold splashes of yellow, with the chic star coordinating her neon heels with the silk skirt.

She kept her long, glossy locks loose and added a hint of makeup to highlight her gorgeous features.

The model mingled with names from the fashion world at the lunch including top male model David Gandy and Erin O'Connor. 

Jacqui has been spending plenty of time with her family over the past month, including her step-son Rocco, who has been living with Jacqui and his dad Guy since Christmas. 

Film director Guy and his ex wife Madonna are currently embroiled in a custody battle over 15-year-old Rocco.

A new report this week claims Madonna has hired a private investigator to keep tabs on her son Rocco while he lives in London with Guy and Jacqui.

According to TMZ, the singer is keen to see what her son is up to ahead of the former couple's custody court date next month.

Multiple sources connected with the singer have told the site that 'Madonna believes Guy has set no rules for Rocco and he's living dangerously'.

According to the report Madonna is concerned that her son is allegedly not enrolled in a school in London and has also reportedly been smoking. Representatives for Madonna and Guy have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.

Last week UsWeekly had a cover story about Madonna's frustration over the custody matter.

A source told the publication that she's livid Guy is not being strict enough with Rocco's studies and worries he will fall behind on his exams. The teen would be due to take his GCSEs this summer if he remained in the English school system.

'Guy has pretty much told Rocco if he wants out of education, he can quit now,' said a source.

Rocco was spotted enjoying another relaxed day with his doting dad on Monday. The pair were seen cycling throughout West London in casual outfits as they indulged in some much-needed father/son time amid allegations of escalating wider family drama.

But while the father and son bonded once again, Madonna has taken to Instagram to share her own family moments - from Thailand. 

She showed one image of David and Mercy extending their arms with spiritual bracelets on, with the caption: 'Brotherly Sisterly Love 4 Ever'.

In another shot, she showed David in one of Bangkok's Buddhist temples.  She wrote: 'David. Praying with the monks at Wat Pho in Bangkok! Receiving blessings for his brothers and sisters'.

It was reported last week that Rocco will get to live with his father for at least another month.

The custody battle between his parents looks set to drag on as their courtroom hearing scheduled for Wednesday was postponed until March 2. There was no reason given for the delay, but according toTMZ, it may have been due to last-minute negotiations between the former couple.

Madonna, 57, wants the 15-year-old, to live with her in New York - but he is said to want to remain in London with his film director father.

This month the singer flew to the UK to try and convince the teen to come back to the US, but flew back empty handed. 

A source told Simon Boyle of the Sunday People: 'These are crucial talks and a last chance for Madonna to convince Rocco that he should return home ­before the court case. 

'She’s desperate to have him back with her in New York but things have obviously got very frosty and he has already made it clear that he’d rather stay with his dad in London.

'It’s a sign of how seriously she’s taking this that she’s flown all this way in the middle of a world tour.'

Rocco dramatically quit her Rebel Heart Tour in December following an apparent row over his mobile phone.

The battle began in December when the youngster refused to return to New York despite a Manhattan judge's court order.

The star appeared in court in the city on December 23 after Rocco rejected her plea for him to return home for the holidays. The judge ordered him to return to his mother while she and he ex-husband, whose films include Snatch and RocknRolla, work out custody.

She recently took to social media to declare: ‘It’s possible to be an entertainer and a good mother.’
