Make-up free Coleen Rooney is pictured for the first time since giving birth to third son Kit as she goes shopping in all-black ensemble

She gave birth to her third son, Kit, last month, but it's already back to business for Coleen Rooney. 

The 29-year-old was pictured taking her bundle of joy to retail store Timpsons, as she carried her adorable son in his carrier. 

Despite going without make-up, the wife of footballer Wayne Rooney, looked lovely as she let her natural beauty shine through.

She tied her brunette locks up on top of her head as she ran errands, wearing an all-black ensemble. 

Getting into mummy mode, Coleen swapped her favourite heels for a pair of nude and black Chanel ballet pumps. 

She also kept out the cold in a black leather jacket which had a fur section, teaming them with a simple plain jumper and a pair of matching skinny jeans.

The proud new mum and wife of Manchester United footballer Wayne shared the picture of the special memento with her Twitter followers, along with the caption: ‘Love my bump cast and photos.’

The emblem was also emblazoned with the baby's name, birth date and weight.
