She has one of the most fit figures on reality TV.

But Skinnygirl founder Bethenny Frankel sure lets herself indulge once in a while, as she revealed on Super Bowl Sunday when she hit a party to take in the big game that saw the Denver Broncos beat the Carolina Panthers.

The 45-year-old beauty shared snaps to Instagram of the goodies she consumed, and they were far from low calorie.

Her Skinnygirl brand makes sure foods and drinks that are normally packed with calories are actually quite waistline minded.

White Castle is a fast food restaurant on the East Coast and has no affiliation with the Skinnygirl brand.

The star has also been clever about branching out her brand, recently introducing a chocolate line.

While Frankel does indulge now and then, she is very vocal about being committed to exercise.

The leggy New Yorker is often seen doing yoga in her Manhattan apartment and taking to the surf in the Hamptons.

And the looker doesn't mind showing off the fruits of her labor. Her Instagram account is packed with snaps of her in skimpy two pieces.

Also on Monday the former talk show host visited Sirius XM in New York City. She was there to appear on Andy Cohen's show. He is not only her friend, but one of the head bosses at Bravo where RHONY is made. 

On the show, the beauty touched on her former co-star LuAnn de Lesseps' engagement to Thomas D'Agostino Jr. after only months of dating.

'I got the 411,' Bethenny began. 'She got engaged Saturday night. There is a ring. I think it's a yellow diamond and it's decently large, and she called Page Six right after so, it's a normal engagement! Isn't that what everybody does?'

The star sounded catty but she said she didn't mean to be. 'I'm actually, I'm happy though. Like, if she's happy... I had a good feeling, I don't know about him or them or whatever...'

Bethenny then said she did not know D'Agostino: 'No, but Ramona [Singer] dated him, and Sonja [Morgan] used to be his "friends with benefits," so they kind of gave a little intel recently, but, um...'

Andy laughed: 'What are the chances!'

Frankel answered: 'On Housewives, very high. He's the new Harry Dubin. Harry Dubin for those anybody who hasn't watched the Housewives is the other man who banged every Housewife except for like Porsha [Williams], I think.'

She then admitted she was being rude. 'You know how I can't hide my feelings about things or [my] opinions, and I feel happy. I feel excited for [LuAnn]. She's having a moment. It's exciting. She wasn't that happy this summer, and I feel like who knows, I suck at relationships. I'm not one to talk about anyone's relationship. I'm in the 12 year divorce.'
