'I'd switch bodies with Jenna Dewan-Tatum': Ashley Benson talks ideal figure as she reveals she's been told to lose weight... even though she's a size two

She has a stunning figure and model looks of her own. 

But actress Ashley Benson would be happier with Jenna Dewan-Tatum's curves, she told the March edition of Health magazine.

The 26-year-old also said she's been told many times to lose weight even though she's only a size two.

'She is, like, the cutest thing,' she said. 'Her body right now is so incredible – and she’s had a kid! I would obviously [also switch with], like, every supermodel, like Candice Swanepoel and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley – but that is just so not my body.'

Ashley - who plays Hanna in Pretty Little Liars - explained that despite her success, she's not immune to the ridiculous body expectations of Hollywood. 

'I get told all the time to lose weight. I got that a month ago. It's just weird,' she explained to the publication, adding: 'I'm a size two, but I think that a size four is healthy. I think that all of these sizes are healthy'.

Stripping off to pose for a set of sexy shots which showed off her impressive decolletage and slim figure, the beauty explained there have been times she feels pressure to be skinnier to get acting work. 

'It's come up a few times in the last few years, like, "You're too fat for this." And I'm just sitting here like, "Wait, what? Do you want a skeleton?" But I feel good. I don't want to lose 20 pounds, because I don't need to', she told them. 

Ashley is happy to reveal her own love of food on her Instagram feed - regularly posting images of her snacks. 

Secret style: The beauty also told the publication that she wears Spanx control pants when she attends events

On Tuesday she shared a picture of a cheese-laded treat, captioned: 'Pizza cone #nationalpizzaday #yummy.' 

The star revealed that she does have one secret for the times when she isn't feeling at her best - she told them that when attending an event she will resort to wearing Spanx control underwear. 

She also showed off her impressive abs and poise in a snap taken in an inverted Pilates position on Friday, which gave an insight into how she maintains her fabulous figure.

While she confidently plays the 'it' girl in the hit TV show - now in its sixth season - the beauty told Health that doesn't transfer to her real life situations. 

Ashley explained that she has been suffering from panic attacks, which she managed for a time using Xanax, but now relies on meditation and a healthy lifestyle to manage her crippling anxiety. 

She told them: 'I started getting panic attacks for two years straight. I think it was 2011 to 2013. I could barely go to work. It would get so bad that I would have to leave set. Or I'd be driving, and I would have a panic attack'.

The star had an off-camera drama on-set when paramedics were called after one attack. 

'I had heart palpitations, and I thought I was having a heart attack, so I fainted on set and turned blue. The paramedics were there. Once that happened, I was like, "That's going to happen to me every single day," and it was just that constant fear. So anytime I felt some sort of weird thing, I'd be like, "Here it goes…' she told them. 

'The person I was seeing at the time didn't understand, and my friends didn't understand, so there weren't people I could talk about it to. I felt crazy: Why am I feeling this way? I think a lot of people suffer from anxiety and have panic attacks. And I think it's good to talk about it,' she revealed. 

The brunette beauty said that she also shuns the notion of dating in Hollywood as it's 'the worst' and told them she would prefer a night at a dive bar than a fancy night out.

'I'm much more of a guy's girl. I love hanging out with the guys. I'm not the type of girl who's like "Everybody put on party dresses, and let's get our makeup done!" I'm like, "Let's go to a dive bar,"' she explained.  

She added: 'I will never [go on a date]! A group date, hanging out one-on-one, yeah. But not, like, an actual date. I don't know what I would talk about! All my friends are like, "Go on blind dates." I'm like, "No. Nope."'

Pretty Little Liars revealed the identity of the villainous 'A' in the mid-season six finale, as well as the fact the the show will end after season seven.

It also stars Shay Mitchell, Lucy Hale and Troian Bellisario.

Ashley's role on the popular series has helped her to land parts in movies such as Spring Breakers and Pixels.
