Rose McGowan filed for divorce from husband Davey Detail on Friday.

And already the 42-year-old actress has been spotted with a new man as she left the ArcLight Theater in Hollywood on Monday night.

It is not known if the male is just a friend or more. There were no signs of affection except when he put his hand on her back at one point to help guide her out of the movie complex.

New pal: Rose McGowan filed for divorce from husband Davey Detail on Friday. And already the 42-year-old actress has been spotted with a new man as she strolled through a mall in Hollywood on Monday night.

Rose looked content as she flashed a peace sign and smiled to onlookers.

And both dressed in black with prints on the front of their T-shirts. On Rose's top was a French bulldog.

The new guy, who wore glasses, had on a hoodie with white print.

It emerged on Thursday that she filed for divorce from her artist husband - who she married in October 2013 - citing 'irreconcilable differences',TMZ reports.

The couple have no children and the actress - who is worth an estimated $18 million - has asked the judge to reject any claim for spousal support.

It is unclear whether the pair had a pre-nuptial agreement, but the court documents state there will be a 'stipulated judgment', which is believed to mean they have already reached a settlement.

Previously, the actress was in a relationship with rocker Marilyn Manson for three and a half years, and engaged for two, but revealed they broke up due to 'lifestyle differences'.

She's a vocal supporter of women in the film industry, and hosted the event which screened her directorial debut Dawn.
