Burning up! Make-up free Jesinta Campbell soaks her gym gear by going for a swim on Bondi Beach after gruelling workout

She's no stranger to intense workouts. 

But the burn became a little too much for model Jesinta Campbell on Tuesday as she worked out on Bondi Beach.

The beauty ran into the ocean fully-clothed after an exhausting run on the sand, splashing around in her sports bra and leggings to cool off.

Shunning make-up for the session, 24-year-old Jesinta glowed as she jogged along the beach with a male companion. 

The beauty showed off her impressive abs in a white crop top and leggings, her muscular arms on full display. 

She kept her look to a minimum, adding just a pair of large black sunglasses for the low-key outing.

After working up a sweat with their run, the David Jones ambassador wasted no time in jumping into the water to cool off. 

Standing as the waves crashed around her knees, Jesinta beamed as she took in the last of the day's sun. 

She showed off her flawless complexion by going completely make-up free. 

Once sufficiently cooled-down, the beauty emerged from the water, her gym leggings dripping with water.

Drying herself off with a towel, she shared a joke with her companion before making her way home. 

On Wednesday Jesinta put on a decidedly more glamorous display as she enjoyed lunch in Sydney's Rose Bay. 

Earlier this week Jesinta announced she had signed on as an official ambassador for the department store, writing in her blog: 'Last week I announced my signing with David Jones as an official ambassador, something I have worked so hard and wanted for such a long time!'.

Her first duty as a David Jones spokesperson was to strut the runway during last Wednesday's Autumn/Winter 2016 fashion launch.

It marked the second time she had walked for David Jones.

With her busy modelling schedule and his return to AFL, Jesinta and her fiance Buddy Franklin are understood to be in no rush when it comes to wedding planning.

The couple took a step back from the limelight in October when Buddy revealed he had taken time off from his role at Sydney Swans to seek treatment for mental illness.
