As a Victoria's Secret Angel, not even a coast-to-coast flight is an excuse to slack in the fashion department.

And Lily Aldridge was quite the cool chick in a green bomber jacket and braids while on her way out of JFK on Monday.

The 30-year-old model was joined by younger sister Ruby at the busy NYC airport.

Lily was clad in a shades-of-green ensemble, as she layered a knit sweater under a light-coloured bomber jacket. 

The model added a pair of skinny jeans and white Adidas sneakers for her casual airport style. 

To complete her look, the fresh-faced beauty accessorized with an oversize purse, black choker necklace and shades.

Joining Lily was sister and fellow model Ruby Aldridge. 

The 24-year-old former face of Coach dressed comfortably in a pair of loose-fitting trousers and a top, layered under a black coat. 

The make-up free beauty completed her look with a pair of dress shoes and a zippered backpack.

That same day, Lily was spotted at Italian restaurant Angelini Osteria in LA with husband Caleb Followill. 

Lily has been married to the 34-year-old Kings of Leon front man since May 12, 2011.

The couple are parents to daughter Dixie Pearl Followill, three, who was born a little over a year after they wed on June 21, 2012.
