She's been separated from her husband for the past couple of weeks while he's been travelling the globe promoting his new movie Zoolander No.2.

So no wonder Jennifer Aniston wanted to treat her husband Justin Theroux to a glimpse of what he's been missing as they were reunited in New York City for the film's US premiere.

The former Friends star showed some cleavage in a stunning burgundy Galvan corset gown with a thigh-high split as she supported her man on his big night.

The actress, who turns 47 on Thursday, looked thrilled to be by his side as they joined a host of stars, including Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson and Penelope Cruz at the screening at Alice Tully Hall in Manhattan.

The blonde star completed her red carpet look with a pair of gold Giuseppe Zanotti heels and Judith Lieber jewellery and carried a Sidney Garber clutch bag.

While Justin was suited up to pose with his wife, earlier that evening he was allowed to fool around in silly costume, for a few minutes at least.

The Zoolander 2 premiere in New York had a star studded lineup of celebs in looks that ran the gamut from suave to downright wacky.

Jennifer Aniston stayed true to her elegant style in a gown by Galvan that was pulled from the archives. Her corset dress first made it's debut back in 2014 but it's such a classic look that it works just as well today as it did two years ago.

Jennifer's dress was simple yet chic with a skin baring low neckline, thigh high slit and a sexy burgundy hue. The We're The Millers star wore it with a pair of metallic sandals and matching bangles, and completed her ensemble with a black clutch bag.

His grubby face was barely distinguishable with his mismatched eyes, three-pronged beard and nasty scar, all hidden beneath lengthy deadlocks.

Justin's white headphones and Jordan baseball cap matched his NY Yankees hoodie and tight trousers.

Her hubby of six months meanwhile shed his DJ apparel for a more conventional black suit and skinny tie.

Meanwhile, Justin admitted he had been shopping up a storm in recent weeks in preparation for Jennifer's birthday and Valentine's Day.

He told Entertainment Tonight: 'We're going to probably have a romantic date night. Her birthday falls like three days before so I'm just wearing out my credit card on her birthday and then that.'

Zoolander No.2 - a follow up to the 2001 Ben Stiller hit - was co-written by Theroux, who was also once pinned to direct.

The new film sees Ben reprises his role as top male supermodel Derek Zoolander, with Owen as his best friend and fellow model Hansel McDonald.

Penelope is a new addition to the cast as Valentina Valencia, an Interpol special agent with a penchant for riding motorcycles.

The sequel also sees Will Ferrell back as Jacobim Mugatu and Ben's wife Christine Taylor as journalist Matilda Jeffries.

It also stars a huge line-up of cameos including Sting, Fred Armisen, Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Milla Jovovich, Benedict Cumberbatch, Olivia Munn, Lewis Hamilton, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Billy Zane, Skrillex, ASAP Rocky, Katy Perry, Lenny Kravitz and Macaulay Culkin.
