Teresa was dressed to impress in a pair of tight black leather trousers with knee-high boots, an embellished T-shirt and fur-trimmed jacket.

She carried a black fur coat over one arm and clutched a paper-stuffed black leather tote in the other hand.

The mother-of-four, who remains under house arrest with a court-ordered curfew of 10PM still in place, is doing as much as she can in the free time allotted her.

When asked by TMZ how she was doing post-prison, Teresa replied with a not-so-surprising plug for her forthcoming memoir, 'Good... Turning The Tables.'

Bump up your basics in an embellished tee by Kings of Cole

She was just released from prison a little over a month ago and now it's back to business for Teresa Giudice.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted outside a hotel in New York in an embellished t-shirt by Kings of Cole and some leather leggings. She completed her ensemble with a fur vest, knee high boots and a tote bag.

The V-neck t-shirt got a luxe upgrade with the studded buddha motif and the relaxed fit makes it perfect to wear with jeans and some fashion sneakers. Dress it up with a fur topper like Teresa or give it some edge with a biker jacket.

According to In Touch Weekly, Teresa's has been on the offensive and in moneymaking mode since her December 23 release from prison after serving 11 months for fraud.

And in her absence, she's reported to have grown suspicious of Joe's behavior combined with his handling of their finances.

'It's not easy living with Joe again, and she seems to have finally wised up when it comes to her marriage,' a source told the publication.

'He keeps mismanaging their money. Not only has she threatened to leave him, but she's made it clear that she plans to separate her money from his.

'Teresa's realizing for the first time that she's the breadwinner, not he. She's completely focused on making money and refuses to let Joe stand in the way of that.'

The source added that Teresa has her attorney doing 'everything he can to get their finances separated so that in case anything else happens with Joe, it won't cut into Teresa's moneymaking.'

Joe, meanwhile, is said to be 'furious,' with the source telling In Touch: 'He doesn't want to give up control of the finances.'

Teresa won't be swayed. 'Now that she's out of prison, Teresa is a totally changed person. For the first time ever, she's looking out for herself.'

Joe, meanwhile, won't have much of a say as he's due to begin his 41-month prison sentence in March.

'That might just be the breaking point for her,' the source said.
