Kylie Jenner recently revealed a hip inking on her upper thigh.

And the reality star appeared to be getting another tattoo in a Snapchat video she posted on Tuesday.

The 18-year-old smiled and grimaced in the video, which appeared to be taken from her hotel room in New York City.

'Yep, yep that spot right there,' the teenager joked before scrunching up her nose.

A tattoo artist, who appears to New York-based Jon Boy, can be seen bending over her inner arm with the loud tattoo needle.

The tattoo artist wears a black leather cap and black gloves as he concentrates on his handiwork.

Jon Boy gave Kylie's sister Kendall Jenner her first tattoo in June, drawing a small white dot on the 20-year-old model's inner finger.

Kylie is also seen biting her lips and closing her eyes in apparent pain, but seems relaxed.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wears dark eyeliner and appears to be resting in bed while bundled up in a grey blanket. 

The video also gives a quick glimpse of Kylie's parent Caitlyn Jenner, who is seen standing in the doorway.

Caitlyn is seen removing her grey jacket and wearing a white blouse and necklace in the video.

Over the weekend, Kylie showed off her secret hip inking as she posed in a black hoodie and underwear for some Instagram images.

The 18-year-old's tattoo is a phonetic spelling of the word 'sanity'.

She previously had posted an image of the tattoo on social media, but without confirming the photo was of her own thigh.
