All that's missing is a sword! Sharon Stone, 57, looks ready for battle in gladiator heels as she teeters atop building for sexy photo shoot

Ever since she starred as an ice pick-wielding murderess in 1992's Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone has been thought of as one tough dame.

And the 57-year-old actress did little to shake that image on Tuesday as she posed in gladiator heels while teetering on the edge of a balcony railing in Malibu.

The blonde bombshell was posing for a new photo shoot in a sheer white dress that showed off her incredibly fit body.

The Casino standout was pulling out the poses like a pro as she sat with her arms around her calf, then arched her back as if she was sunbathing, and also stood on the edge of the balcony looking as if she was risking her life.

All the while the Agent X vet was polished to perfection with her blonde locks brushed back and her bronze makeup glowing.

The dress did little to cover up her toned and tanned body as it was see-through and sleeveless with a deep-cut neckline.

Turn heads in some leopard print sandals like Sharon

It's hard to believe that Sharon Stone is 57-years-old with a body like that. Yet the veteran actress looked decades younger when she posed for a photo shoot in Malibu, CA.

Draped in a flowing, toga-style sheer dress and Christian Louboutin gladiator sandals, the Fading Gigolo star put girls half her age to shame. The leopard print knee-high numbers made a strong statement especially when teamed with the minimal ivory frock.

The red-soled heels looked far from comfortable as they wrapped themselves all the way up to the knees.

Stone did not looked her happiest, probably because she was not only risking her life but also sitting on concrete.

But she definitely will when she sees the final results of the shoot.

Stone continues to impress with her youthful appearance, which she addresses in 2015's Shape magazine.

'There was a point in my 40s where I went into the bathroom with a bottle of wine, locked the door, and said, "I'm not coming out until I can totally accept the way I look right now".

'And I examined my face in the magnifying mirror, and I looked at my body, and I cried and cried and cried. Then I said to myself, "You're going to get old now. How do you want to do that?"

'And I thought, "I'd like to age like a dancer". I want to keep my body in shape like that. I want to do the work. I like to dance and stretch. And I like going to the gym.'

The mother of three began her film career in 1980 with a small role in Stardust Memories.

Since then, she's gone on to star in multiple TV shows and movies, including 1995's, Casino. The following year, she won the Golden Globe for Best Actress.

In 2016, the beauty already has five projects in the works, including the film, Mother's Day.

The plot tells the intertwined story of several mothers, featuring an all-star cast such as Sharon, Courteney Cox, Paul Wesley and Susan Sarandon.

The film is not to be confused with the movies by director Gary Marshall, who's known for gathering a slew of A-listers for his holiday-themed films.
