He may be on a winning streak after clinching the Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos.

But Peyton Manning's game of 'Egg Russian Roulette' came to a sticky end when he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon with Magic Johnson.

The quarterback was on the late night talk show where he chatted to Fallon about his second Super Bowl win but remained tight-lipped about his future plans.

He was then asked to take part in the 'Egg Russian Roulette' challenge alongside his fellow guest, the former NBA star Johnson.

The game sees three boiled eggs and three raw eggs placed in a box, and one by one, each contestant has to take one and smash it off their forehead.

And if they are unlucky and pick the wrong egg, they are then left with raw yolk and whites running down their face.

When Manning came to pick his egg, he slowly deliberated over which one to pick up.

He then joked: 'I had dreams growing up that I would have the chance to play Magic one-on-one someday.

'I never thought it would be at Russian Egg Roulette.'

And after smashing it against his head, he found he had picked the unlucky raw egg, which dripped down his face.

However, when it came to Johnson turn, he didn't fair any better and was also left with raw egg running down his head.

Manning appearance on the Jimmy Fallon Show in New York comes just days after he was given a hero's welcome back in Denver during the Bronco's victory parade.

The 39-year-old avoided saying anything about whether he will return to play for another season at the rally after the parade.

Manning, who will turn 40 in March, would only say that he planned to 'reflect' on the future after his big win.

If he does decide to keep playing there is a chance he could return to the Broncos next season as he still has a year left on his contract.

Reports have also emerged that the newly relocated St. Louis Rams are interested in signing the quarterback.

Manning has played 18 seasons, with more possibly on the way, while his brother Eli is still going strong after 12 seasons with the New York Giants.
