Kate Walsh looked glamorous as she attended the Woman's Day 13th Annual Red Dress Awards in New York City on Tuesday.

The actress wore a strapless red dress with dramatic flowing sleeves as she attended the annual event honoring doctors and researchers fighting heart disease in women.

Actress Jennie Garth, Today Show co-host Hoda Kotb, Today show contributor Joy Bauer, actress Bebe Neuwirth and The Band Perry also attended the event.

The Private Practice star appeared to be in a great mood in the dress, which featured large, billowing sleeves, as she flashed a smile on the red carpet.

Kate accessorized with red and silver drop earrings, a large ring and a glittering diamond bracelet.

The 48-year-old added a matching slim red belt and strappy red heels.

Also showing her support for the cause was actress Jennie Garth.

The former 90210 star looked casually stylish in a flowing red gown, which hit just above the knee.

The 43-year-old wore her blonde hair slicked back off her face, and accessorized with gold and green earrings, a number of gold bracelets and silver sandals.

Today Show co-host Hoda Kotb also attended the event, wearing a pretty pink floral gown.

The 51-year-old flashed a big smile and rested her hand in one of the bright gown's pocket.

Hoda added pretty gold earrings and gold bracelets and a watch. She wore dark heels and a delicate ankle bracelet.

The journalist was in high spirits as she joked around with Today show nutrition consultant Joy Bauer, who wore a red orange dress and towering nude heels.

Also attending were musicians Neil Perry, Kimberly Perry and Reid Perry of The Band Perry, who later performed at the awards.

Kimberly wore a fitted red dress with a long pendant necklace and bright pink lipstick.
