Pregnant Nicky Hilton flashed her stomach in a sheer lace dress as she joined sister Paris Hilton at a charity gala in New York City.

The heiresses looked elegant as they attended AmfAR's annual New York Fashion Week Gala honoring Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein at Cipriani Wall Street restaurant on Wednesday.

Nicky, who is expecting her first child with banking heir James Rothschild, wore a white lace dress with a plunging neckline and sheer chest and waist.

The celebrities arrived in their droves for the amfAR gala this week, with the likes of Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, Heidi Klum and Blake Lively in attendance.

With a gala of course comes a whole array of fabulous red carpet dresses and we couldn't wait to see what the stars had in store for us.

Paris Hilton opted for a classic style at the event, choosing an A-line embellished dress that oozed Hollywood glamour. There are just a few designers that do intricate, floor-sweeping, dramatic gowns this well, one being Elie Saab who designed Paris' dress for his pre-fall 2015 collection.

Paris kept her hair in loose waves and her make-up minimal for the event, allowing her fabulous dress to do all the talking. Sadly though, it's no longer available to buy, but if you click through to Net-a-Porter (right) you'll find a similar dress up for grabs - at a price!

The gorgeous gown also featured a see-through lace skirt and scalloped neckline.

The handbag designer, who wed husband James in London in July, carried a glittery silver clutch.

The 32-year-old added dazzling diamond accessories, including a large ring, thick chain bracelet and long necklace.

The heiress also shared a close up of her bling on Instagram on Wednesday night, caption the photo 'ice ice baby' and adding a few diamond emojis.

The blondes both wore their long hair down, with Nicky adding a cute braid across her forehead.

They both played up their features with dark eyeliner and pretty pink lipstick.

Paris, 34, looked demure in a gorgeous Elie Saab gown, which featured an embellished floral pattern and sheer skirt.

The former reality star added a matching slim belt in a similar hue, and flashed a dark red manicure. She added nude heels.

Paris - who now splits her time between the US and Switzerland, where she lives with millionaire Austrian boyfriend, Thomas Gross, 39 - also shared a photo of the stylish siblings getting ready to hit the town.

'Date night with @NickyHilton,' she captioned the photo of the sisters.
