But Gywneth Paltrow gave a rare insight into how she looks so polished, as she shared a photo showing her getting her hair done in her kitchen on Friday night.

The 43-year-old pulled a silly face as she could be seen getting highlights in the snap, captioned: 'Friday night shenanigans with @traceycunningham1 @mechesalonla.'

The normally flawless star's blonde tresses could be seen sticking out at every angle, as it was wrapped in tinfoil during the highlighting process.

She playfully pouted her lips as she documented the process, which was being performed by Meche Salon owner Tracey Cunningham.

The mother-of-two went make-up free for the snap, showing off her natural beauty and enviably gorgeous skin.

They're pretty much besties, so it was no surprise to see Gwyneth Paltrow at Stella McCartney's pre-fall 2016 presentation in Los Angeles. The GOOP founder made sure she made an entrance in her dress and booties, matching her footwear to the bold blue print in the dress' detail.

The piece looked like it was inspired by Stella's pre-fall collection, with the print on the peplum frill mimicking the motif from the latest line.

Gwyneth's 1.8 million followers could get a glimpse at her expansive kitchen in the background of the photo, as the celebrity stylist made a house call for the actress's highlights.

In the background her children Apple and Moses sat at the table.

The rare insight into her home life comes a few days after Gwyneth tried her hand at a one-wheeled hoverboard in her backyard.

The Iron Man beauty shared a clip of the moment on Instagram writing: '@kksquared and I plotting our way around rush hour. @rideonewheel #embarassingmom.'

She looked to be in good spirits as she attempted to keep her balance on the gadget, while sporting blue bootleg jeans and an off-the-shoulder gypsy blouse of the same royal blue hue.

Though a bit shaky, Gwyneth balanced like a pro as she made her way off of the patio and across her bumpy lawn in the video.

It wasn't until the end of the clip that the Goop founder was seen falling - or rather hopping - off of the gadget, as she laughed.

And it was likely a welcome distraction for the star, who had given testimony the week before during the trial of her alleged stalker.

Unfortunately for Gwyneth, the Ohio man who has reportedly harassed her for years, named Dante Soiu, was acquitted.
