Melania speaks! Trump's victory speech goes off script when he pushes his wife to address the crowd while joking pregnant Ivanka is about to give birth any minute now

Donald Trump's victory speech in South Carolina went a bit off script after the GOP front-runner asked wife Melania and daughter Ivanka to speak.

After the win, Trump addressed a crowd of hundreds of people, cell phones raised in the air, ready to record the Donald's every word.

Flanked by Melania and heavily pregnant Ivanka, Trump began to speak of his victory in New Hampshire and how it gave him a great feeling for South Carolina.

The GOP front-runner rubbed his daughter's heavily pregnant baby bump saying she could pop any minute

Trump said he wouldn't mind if his grandchild was born in South Carolina and that a hospital was on stand-by

Surrounded by the rest of his family and South Carolina Lieutenant Governor Henry McMaster and his wife, just moments in to the speech, Trump began to pat Ivanka's stomach with his hand.

'I have a great family, I just really want to thank all of you.

'And Ivanka, we have a hospital ready just in case and South Carolina, we're going to have a baby and there's nothing wrong with that,' Trump said as the crowd cheered. 

Ivanka, dressed in blue, laugh as the attention was turned to her baby bump.

'It could be any second,' Trump continued. 'It could even be before I'm finished.'

Grinning wider, Ivanka continued to laugh at her father's comments, placing her own hand on her stomach.

Ivanka thanked the crowd, telling them her father is a hard worker and would work for them if he was elected

She also said she thinks people 'resonate deeply' with her father's message, which is why he's winning

The Donald remarked that heavily pregnant Ivanka could go into labor before he finished his speech 

Melania thanked the people of South Carolina for their support, saying her husband would be the best president

'She insisted on being here. It was so important to Ivanka. She insisted on being here, so thank you,' Trump said.

He went on to thank McMaster for supporting him before turning to Melania. 

'Tiffany, Eric, Lara and Melania,' Trump said, going down the row, thanking his family. 'Melania, say something.'

With just a moment's hesitation, Melania approached the podium.

'I just want to say South Carolina is an amazing place.

'Congratulations to my husband. He was working very hard. He loves you, we love you and we're going ahead to Nevada and we'll see what happens. 

'He will be the best president!' she said.

Trump gave a thumbs-up to his wife before turning to Ivanka.

'And representing some very wonderful children, Ivanka, Just say a few words,' Trump said.

Trump's next stop on the campaign trail is Nevada, where Hillary Clinton claimed victory on Saturday 

Smile never leaving her face, Ivanka began by thanking South Carolina for her father's win.

'This is an amazing, amazing night,' she said. 

'The momentum since the beginning of this campaign has been unbelievable and that's because my father's message resonates so deeply with so many people. 

'As a family, we're incredibly proud, we're incredibly grateful to each of you so thank you for being here to support us. 

'I will say this, my father is an incredibly hard worker and he'll be working for each and every one of you. 

'Together we'll make america great again,' she said.
