'I feel so good!' Teresa Giudice shows off her toned arms and upper back as she completes a hot yoga session

While in prison, she spent several hours a day working on her fitness to help pass the time of her 15-month sentence.

And Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice showcased the impressive results of her workout regimen in an Instagram post on Monday.

The 43-year-old mother-of-four displayed her toned upper back and arms as she completed a hot yoga session.

'Just got done with hot yoga I feel so good. #NAMASTE,' she wrote.

Since her release from prison, the wife of Joe Giudice, has been immersing herself in activities, including keeping up with her health routine and promoting her book,Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again.

The memoir, which has reached number two on the New York Times Best Seller list, tells of the reality star's time in prison, her family and fame.

Written with assistance by People staff writer K.C. Baker, the non-fiction piece was penned while Teresa was incarcerated for nearly 11 months. It was released on February 9. 

In an interview with People, Teresa's lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., discussed the New Jersey native's early release.  

'Under federal law, every federal prisoner serves 85 percent of their sentence, unless they do something really egregious,' he began. 

'So her 13-month release date, February 5, is actually 85 percent of her sentence. Prisoners can also take six months or 10 percent off that 85 percent,' citing her December 23rd release date.

When her husband begins to serve his 41-month come March, Teresa will be busy earning additional income, as she's set to return for the seventh season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. 

Though the the New Jersey native is excited to shoot again, her daughters aren't quite as thrilled. 

'They go with it, but it's really not their thing,' she revealed, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Teresa also discussed her need to work again.

'I'm going to be a single mom shortly, so I want to get businesses going again. I got four mouths to feed, and I want to show my daughters what it's all about, being a businesswoman,' she revealed.
