Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days.

For our courier option, orders must be placed before 2pm. Please note standard courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery – please allow 2 working days. If your order is more urgent, you can select next day delivery (UK only) however your order must be placed before 2pm to guarantee next day.

International orders will be shipped via International Airmail or alternative courier. If an expedited courier is required, please contact us for a quote.

**IMPORTANT** Some products classified as hazardous and / or flammable may be subject to additional regulations and may not be able to be shipped to you or could incur severe delays. You may be contacted if this is the case and offered an alternative or refund.

Returns

Claims cannot be accepted unless notified within 7 days of invoice date. Please contact info@screenface.co.uk to obtain a retruns form. Returns cannot be refunded or exchanged without this form.
