I am the owner for the building additions carried out at my residence at No. 51 Mons Avenue West Ryde N.S.W. 2114 which was contracted to the Building Contractor, Mr. Dragan Divjak XPACT Constructions of No. 6 Lewis Street Liverpool N.S.W. 2170. The building contract started on the March, 2013 and the building works were completed on the July, 2013. The contract price was approx $100,000 and the building works involved the removal of asbestos cladding, installation of internal laundry, construction of a new elevated deck roof and staircase, re roofing the rear of the house as well as numerous other internal modifications. As the owner I am very satisfied with all of the works carried out for the project by Mr. Divjak and I would be happy to refer him to anyone considering a similar building project. Mr. Divjak completed all the work in a timely fashion, keeps you up to date with the project progress and always arrives at the agreed time. I am very satisfied with the standard of Mr. Divjak’s work and that of his workmen as well. I found him to be a reliable and trustworthy person and would have no hesitation in referring him again to other clients.
Dragan Divjak of Xpact Constructions has just completed an extension to the living room of our home and we are extremely happy with the work he has done. Dragan Divjak is the principal of Xpact Constructions and was engaged by us to add a 110 square metre addition as well as other alterations to our residence. The work commenced on 9th July, 2008, and concluded on 1st March, 2009. Dragan was the only contractor to prepare a quotation set out in accordance with the specification. He was the only contractor to bring a camera to assist in the preparation of his quotation. He was punctual at all times of the contract. Dragan is a university trained civil engineer and his engineering knowledge was critical in addressing what was a job with challenging, even complex, components. He has a strength in hydraulics and was able to enhance the engineering plans for the ground-water drainage system. His ability to interpret and question complex engineering plans was valuable. Dragan displayed an ability to dissect the project into its various parts and ordered the workflow in a tradesman-like manner. The sub-contractors he used were competent and pleasant.
I am the architect for major building additions carried out for my clients Mr. and Mrs. Sharp at their residence at No. 6 Paris Avenue Earlwood N.S.W. 2206 which was contracted to the Building Contractor, Mr. Dragan Divjak of No. 6 Lewis Road Liverpool N.S.W. 2170.
The building contract started on the 9th July, 2008 and the building works were completed on the 1st March, 2009. The contract price was $ 240,000 and the building works involved an internal lift by others that cost $ 40,000 and Mr. Divjak build the lift shaft for the other company.
As the architect for the project I am very satisfied with all of the works carried out for the project by Mr. Divjak and I would be happy to refer hip to anyone considering medium to large building projects as a suitable builder for their works.
I understand that my clients Mr. and Mrs. Sharp were also very satisfied with the standard of Mr. Divjak’s work and that of his workmen as I was as well. This is to certify that I was the consulting engineer on a project to the value of $2,400,000 that Dragan Divjak undertook and completed in or about 2007. This involved major additions and alterations to a large house at 6 Paris Avenue Earlwood for Mr. and Mrs. Stuart and Susan Sharp.
Having prepared the structural documentation for the project, I carried out inspections throughout the course of construction to inspect and approve all important stages, including the excavation 3.0 meters into soil/rock and the shoring of same, construction of piles and footings, construction of blockwork retaining walls and reinforced concrete stairs, construction of extensive reinforced concrete suspended floor slabs, construction of a reinforced blockwork lift shaft, construction of loadbearing brickwork and construction of relatively complex structural steel-framed roofs. The project was completed by Mr. Divjak in a timely fashion to the complete satisfaction of the clients. The standard of workmanship was good.
In my estimation Mr. Divjak is a competent and well-organised contractor who has shown himself to be fully capable of handling complex and demanding building projects, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my clients as building contractor on projects of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000 value.

Dragan Divjak of Xpact Constructions has recently completed a kitchen renovation for my private residence. The work involved removal of the existing kitchen, structural alterations to walls and doors, installation of new kitchen, including all appliances.
Dragan project managed the entire work and engaged all tradesmen for plumbing, electrical, tiling and plaster work.
