This is the $13 million mansion Lloyd Blankfein can’t sell

This is the house that Goldman Sachs CEO and Chairman Lloyd Blankfein built. And for years, it has been the house that he can’t seem to sell.

Blankfein built the 7-bedroom, 6,561 square foot home in the Hamptons back in 2001, according to New York real estate site The Real Deal, and has been trying to sell it for years. In 2007, he listed it for $13.9 million and last year for $17 million.

But it’s now on the market for $13 million, according to broker Corcoran Group Real Estate. That means with a 20% down payment, buyers will pay just $46,446 a month in monthly mortgage costs, according to Zillow’s Z, +0.05%   mortgage calculator.

The home sits on 2.7 acres with a gym, library, pool, spa, pool house and sunken tennis court. The mansion is located in Sagaponack, whose notable residents also have included Jimmy Fallon, Truman Capote and investor Ira Rennert. In 2015, Sagaponack was ranked second on Forbes’ list of most expensive U.S. ZIP Codes, right behind Atherton, Calif. For those who like to get out of the house, the home is a short drive to the ocean and is a 4-minute drive from Soul Cycle.
