Elle Macpherson enjoyed herself on a recent skiing holiday with her ex-boyfriend Arpad Busson and their son Aurelius Cy Andrea Busson.

Although they split a decade ago, the stunning Australian model showed there are no hard feelings between herself and her former flame as they played happy families on vacation in St. Moritz, Switzerland on Monday.

The 51-year-old supermodel - who is married to hotelier Jeffrey Soffer - looked in fantastic spirits as she and Arpad, 53, enjoyed time on the slopes with their 12-year-old son.

The two looked deep in conversation as they sat on a ski lift, looking at peace on their idyllic getaway.

Stunning Elle - who is nicknamed 'The Body' - covered up in stylish and low-key ski gear, swathing her statuesque frame in head-to-toe black for the day.

Still, her slender and seemingly endless pins were on display in black trousers as she sat on the chair in mid-air, her top half covered in a cosy quilted jacket.

Super-cute! The mother-son duo appeared to be having a whale of a time as they played happy families with Arpad earlier this week

Her famous blonde locks tumbled loosely out from underneath her helmet, and she protected her eyes with a pair of classic reflective wraparoud sunglasses.

French financier Arpad looked super-warm in a pair of white trousers and a chunky khaki jacket, layered over several items of knitwear.

As well as showing off her impressive moves on the slopes - Elle appeared a complete dab hand at skiing - she also spent time cuddling up to her lovely son, who looked thrilled to be spending time along with his parents.

The mother-son duo posed happily for a snap together as they took a break from their sporting activities, Elle revealing her retro cream printed jumper tied around her slender waist as she beamed for the camera.

Aurelius Cy - Elle's youngest child - looked the spitting image of his famous mother, with a wealth of shiny blond locks and a wide grin just like hers.

It appears the former couple and their youngest son were not joined by their eldest child, 18-year-old son Arpad Flynn.

Solo jaunt: French financier Arpad, 53, looked a tad lost as he prepared to go off by himself while his ex-girlfriend and son posed for pictures under the blazing sunshine

And... pose! The beautiful star showed off a smouldering gaze while posing for another photo, but her eyes were obscured by her chic reflective wraparound shades

Elle and Arpad began a relationship way back in 1996, and although they were never married, they lived together in London.

They separated in 2005 after welcoming their sons, and Arpad has since gone on to enjoy a long-term on/off romance with Hollywood star Uma Thurman, with whom he also has a daughter, three-year-old Rosalind.

Elle, meanwhile, went on to tie the knot with billionaire Jeffrey Soffer, 45, in 2013: he was not present on the Swiss skiing trip earlier this week.
