With three youngsters at home and another one on the way, no wonder they were hungry.

James Van Der Beek was the happiest dad ever as he squired his very pregnant wife Kimberly to lunch in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The CSI: Cyber star, 38, and his radiant wife, 32, looked sated too as they held hands and smiled while crossing Canon Drive.

While James was casually clad in grey jeans and button-down top with a brown leather jacket, Kimberly proudly displayed her bump in a flowered maxi-dress.

The business consultant-turned-producer padded along while the long hem fluttered around her sandal-clad feet.

Her dress had flirty off-the-shoulder sleeves and a bright pattern of orange and pink flowers set against a black background.

Maxed out: While James, 38, wore jeans, button-down shirt and leather jacket, the 32-year-old business consultant-turned-producer opted for a long floral maxi-dress

James, meanwhile, seemed remarkably at ease and just kept smiling from behind his shades.

Kimberly shared a snap of her happy husband from their sidewalk cafe, writing: 'My lunch date. I got decaf + a coconut and he got green juice + wine. #makeslittlesense #butwearehappy'

The couple are already parents to daughters Olivia, five, and Annabel, 21 months, and son Joshua, three.

In November, Kimberly announced on Instagram that they are expecting another baby alongside a sweet snap of James cradling her belly.

The former Dawson's Creek star echoed that sentiment as he retweeted his wife's message, adding: 'Feeling ridiculously blessed'.

On August 1, 2010, James wed Kimberly Brook in Israel and they welcomed their first daughter a month later.

Kimberly is James' second wife - he was previously married to Heather McComb but split up in 2009 after six years of wedlock.
