She's known for her incredibly youthful figure and Jennifer Lopez stayed true to her fit form when she stepped out in Manhattan, New York City, on Wednesday.

The 46-year-old highlighted her enviable curves and pert posterior as she slipped into a figure-flattering tracksuit for her casual stroll around the city.

The grey separates comprised elasticated-hem bottoms and a slogan hooded jumper which made the most of her curvaceous body shape and ensured maximum comfort.

Paying close attention to her self-imposed colour code, the First Love singer topped off the casual ensemble with a pair of Timbaland boots in the same hue as her outfit.

Wearing her softly highlighted brunette locks loose and in a perfectly blow-dried style, Jennifer completed her look with a pair of classic aviator sunglasses.

The health-conscious star later picked up a green juice as she pounded the pavements with a few male members of her team.

The global superstar's sighting came shortly after it was revealed she was reverting back to her original record company - Epic Records.

Jennifer has signed a multi-album deal with the music-industry giants and she will be in the care of long-time mentor LA Reid once again.

She originally worked with Epic at the beginning of her career in the Nineties but left for Def Jam in 2010 where Reid was CEO.

Meanwhile, it's thought J.Lo has set her sights on a sprawling $22.9 million mansion in Beverly Hills, California, after marketing the marital home she shared with ex-husband Marc Antony.

TMZ report the Love Don't Cost A Thing hit-maker has already been to view the lavish pad, which is currently owned by movie producer Frank Mancuso, whose father ran Paramount and MGM Studios.

The home is located in the same neighbourhood as a host of superstars including Demi Moore, Harry Styles and Channing Tatum - sitting high in one of Beverly Hills' most exclusive areas.

Jennifer was formerly living in a 17,000 square-foot Hidden Hills estate, with her and Marc's eight-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian, although sources claim the property was far too big for the small family.

The former couple married in 2004 and enjoyed a blissful relationship until 2011. The divorce was finalised on the very last day of 2014.
