'How long do we have to acknowledge that I had a nose job?' Iggy Azalea defends her altered appearance as she calls for more people to be honest about cosmetic surgery
Iggy Azalea has furiously defended her decision to have a nose job, six months after ending speculation about her changing appearance by confirming she underwent the cosmetic procedure.
The Australian rapper reflected on the overall perception of cosmetic surgery and the underlying motive that prompted her decision to consider rhinoplasty in an interview with the current issue of Elle Canada.
'I think, in 2016, people should be more accepting of the fact that both famous and non-famous women are having cosmetic procedures,' she said.

She added: 'But for how long do we have to acknowledge that I got a nose job? For the rest of my life? Am I going to be 45 and people are still saying "Nice nose job"?

The hitmaker told the magazine that plastic surgery was not an overnight decision: 'Your perception of yourself can change a lot over time, so I think it's important to wait and make sure it's the right choice.'
