So much drama! Bethenny breaks down over health scare, Ramona confronts Sonja over her drinking and Luann shows off engagement ring in RHONY trailer

There's plenty of drama ahead on the new season of The Real Housewives of New York.

A new trailer for the Bravo show's eighth season gives the first glimpse of new cast member Julianne 'Jules' Wainstein, as well as tears and emotional confrontations between regulars Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Carole Radziwill, Sonja Morgan and Dorinda Medley.

The trailer also shows Bethenny Frankel breaking down over a medical scare, Ramona telling Sonja she's worried her drinking could kill her, and a giddy Luann showing off her engagement ring.

The trailer kicks off with the women partying and dancing while out on the town. 

'I look in the mirror I'm like 'who's that? Oh my God it's me, I hate that b****,' cast member Sonja Morgan admits.

And Ramona shows off her new breast implants in a tight black dress. 

'Ramona's got some new titties. It is hunting season,' jokes Bethenny as Ramona flirts shamelessly with a chef.

And new cast member Jules is also seen telling Bethenny: 'Why can't you just go to rehab? Rehab is so cool.'

'You're insane,' Bethenny replies. 

Jules is also seen complaining to Bethenny at lunch that she orgasms too quickly. 

'I come so fast, I have like a problem,' she admits.

'Hi, how are you. Have a nice lunch. We're talking about vaginas,' jokes Bethenny.

Speaking about Jules, Dorinda explains: 'Jules is not like us. She's still hopeful and kind.'

'Well we're going to ruin that,' replies Bethenny.

The new cast member is also seen repeatedly chatting about her Jewish and Chinese heritage, claiming that it explains her love of fanny packs.

'She's Asian and Jewish, but you don't have to remember that because she'll tell you like two thousand times,' snipes Carole.

Luann is also seen showing off her gorgeous ring after her whirlwind engagement to businessman Thomas D'Agostino Jr  - who previously dated costars Ramona and Sonja.

The trailer also shows a confrontation between a furious Dorinda and boyfriend John Mahdessian as they lashes out at Bethenny for meddling in their relationship.

'You feel the need to be selling John to us,' Bethenny tells her.

'I choose who I get to be with. You don't like it, I don't give a s***,' yells Dorinda.

A tearful Bethenny is also seen in the midst of a health crisis.

'I have to do the surgery,' she says, before breaking down as she discusses writing her will.

The trailer also shows Sonja laying back in a medical office as a doctor works between her legs.

'I'm feeling zings now,' she says. 'Ow!'

And a concerned Ramona is also seen confronting Sonja over her drinking.

'You drink too much... you're in such denial, it's so sad,' she says. 

'I worry you're going to end up dead.'

And there are also dramatic confrontations between Jules and Bethenny, Ramona and Carole, and Bethenny and Sonja.

'I don't want anything to do with you,' Bethenny tells Sonja, who wipes away tears.

And Bethenny gets into all-all out brawl with Luann, accusing her of being a cheating hypocrite.

'You have sex with married men, you cheat, you f*** younger guys and criticize other people about the same thing that you do!' yells Bethenny.

'Oh!' replies a stunned Luann.

'Yep, these are my friends,' Carole is seen sighing at the trailer's end. 

And an insider tells the DailyMail.com that even more drama is on the way with the ladies seen at Miami hotspot Seaspice on Saturday night and their dinner turned to tears after Sonja became distressed.

Party time: Some of the ladies were seen partying up a storm at a boozy brunch at Bagatelle Miami Beach on Sunday where Ramona was reportedly dancing before food even made it to the table

The theatrics were so bad that it seems only some cast members are willing to deal with her, as the next day only Ramona, Bethenney and Carol joined her for a boozy brunch at Bagatelle Miami Beach.

According to an insider, the ladies and a friend of Bethanny’s drank Fruits and Wine grapefruit rose 'as they incessantly flirted with their handsome and intimidated waiter'. 

Season eight of RHONY airs on Bravo on April 6.
