And with four bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and bar, there are plenty of functional areas, with space certainly not being an issue.

Upon entering the home, guests are instantly treated to a spectacular view of the lavish interiors.

The formal foyer and grand entrance are paved in travertine, contrasting with the hardwood floors lining the living room.

With 30' high ceilings, the living room offers large windows, and a cosy feel is added to the space with a fireplace.

Four ovens and a stove mean a delicious feast can be put on for guests at short notice, and the kitchen actually opens to the large family room space.

The outdoor areas of the home are just as lavish and appealing.

In addition to an outdoor kitchen there is a pergola, pool and spa for entertainment purposes, as well as a bonus outdoor shower.

Waterfalls and fountain displays line the glistening pool just by the shaded seating areas, and tenants are treated to picturesque views of the Californian neighbourhood.

Delta announced in early 2010 that she was moving to Los Angeles to crack into the US music market.

'This year will definitely be a year where she spends a lot of time songwriting in the US,' her rep told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

'She is prepared to spend a lot of time over there but I wouldn't say it was permanent.

'She has been back and forth a lot in recent times and she is prepared to spend as much time there as necessary to make this album but she retains interests here.'

It has been a whirlwind of a career ride so far for Delta, having won several ARIA Awards for her smash hits and a Logie for her breakout acting role in 2003.

In 2002, Delta leant her gorgeous looks to the television screen, playing girl next door Nina Tucker on popular soap Neighbours.

During her stint on the television show, she performed her ballad Born To Try for the first time which skyrocketed to number one on the ARIAs singles charts.

In March 2003, she released her debut album Innocent Eyes which featured many of her own lyrical creations and went on to smash records.

Contrasting her sudden success, Delta was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in July that year at the age of 18.

The serious diagnosis provoked her to pull back from musical career commitments and she underwent radiation therapy which resulted in hair loss.

She won seven awards at the prestigious ARIA Awards in 2003 and while she was too unwell to perform onstage, singer Darren Hayes performed a touching rendition of Delta’s hit Lost Without You that brought tears to the blonde beauty’s eyes.

In 2004, Delta was keen to make her career comeback, and upon releasing a new album Mistaken Identity also began dating tennis player Mark Philippoussis.

A few years later the beauty spent some time abroad with her new Westlife boyfriend Brian McFadden, and after some time away from the Australian music scene, she was ready to relaunch her musical career in 2007.

The singer returned with a new sound for her Believe Again tour.

After splitting from Brian in 2011 and later dating Nick Jonas, eight years her junior, Delta returned to Australian television in 2012 as a celebrity mentor on reality show The Voice Australia.

She also released her fourth studio album titled Child Of The Universe.

In 2013, the singer celebrated 10 years since the multi-platinum success of debut album Innocent Eyes and the following year was a coach on The Voice Kids Australia.

Delta is back in the country to be a coach on The Voice Australia alongside Jessie J, Ronan Keating and The Madden Brothers.
