Jennifer Lopez 'sets her sights on a sprawling $22.9million 14,000 sq ft Beverly Hills mansion' after selling the marital home she shared with ex-husband Marc Anthony

Jennifer Lopez has set her sights on a sprawling $22.9 million mansion in Beverly Hills.

The singer, 46, is reportedly eyeing the 14,000 square foot property after putting the home she shared with former husband Marc Anthony, 47, who she split from in 2011, on the market.

TMZ report the Love Don't Cost A Thing hitmaker has already been to view the lavish pad, which is currently owned by movie producer Frank Mancuso, whose father ran Paramount and MGM Studios.

The home is located in the same neighbourhood as a host of superstars including Demi Moore, Harry Styles and Channing Tatum - sitting high in one of Beverly Hills' most exclusive areas.

Jennifer was formerly living in a 17,000 square-foot Hidden Hills estate, with her and Marc's eight-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian, although sources claim the sprawling pad was far too big for the small family.

Despite her eyeing the move, Jennifer's time in Beverly Hills will be limited as she has has recently kicked off her first ever residency - the All I Have show at The AXIS in Las Vegas. She announced the residency in September and it will run from January to December 2016.

The new house she has her eye on boasts a host of stunning features including Mediterranean-themed decor, a vast pool and tumbling grounds alongside a chilled outside area, a games room, gym and wet room.

The hitmaker bought the house with former husband Marc in 2010 for $8.2million, with the singing duo decking the house out with a host of luxury refurbishment - naturally upping the property value hugely.

As the house goes on the market, some of its features include a two-story entertainment wing which includes a 1,000-square-foot lounge, a staff apartment and a poker room. Atop these luxuries are a 20-seat theater, dance studio, recording studio, and an dressing room with a massage room, four walk-in closets, and hair and makeup salon.

After seven years of marriage, J.Lo and Marc split in July 2011, with the American Idol judge going on to start dating back-up dancer Casper Smart, 28, a few months later.

Meanwhile, Marc, 47, has since remarried for the third time to Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, 28, in November 2014 after finalising his divorce from J.Lo in June that year.

In previous real estate developments for Jennifer, Phil Collins bought Jennifer's former beach mansion in Miami for $33million in June.

The 64-year-old singer grabbed the opportunity to buy the mansion - which looks out over Biscayne Bay - from private equity firm owner Mark Gainor who paid only $13.9million for the property in 2005.

According to the New York Post newspaper, the property boasts an incredible view of the Miami skyline, seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a koi fish pond, an outdoor kitchen, boat dock, and swimming pool.
