Kim Kardashian gets back to business in revealing Yeezy 3 ensemble for lunch with sister Kourtney amid legal woes over 2014 car crash

Kim Kardashian is being sued over a 2014 car accident that happened in Beverly Hills, but she's not letting that get in the way of her work.

The 35-year-old appeared unfazed as she met up with sister Kourtney, 36, to film their family's reality show at Blu Jam Cafe in Casabasas, California on Wednesday.

While Kim was decked out in true Yeezy 3 style including a nude bodysuit and army green jacket, Kourtney opted for modest black dress and sizzling suede boots.

Curvy Kim had the confidence of a female athlete as she paraded her hourglass figure in the skintight leotard, and the bulky coat got some styling thanks to the rolled up sleeves.

She wore her dark hair pulled back in a tight bun and added a light beige bag and clear plastic heels.

Of course, Kim's make-up couldn't have been more perfect from the flawless arch of her brows to the full lined lips.

When Kourtney Kardashian joined her sister, Kim, for lunch in Calabasas, CA the two looked as different as night and day. Kim went with a form fitting bodysuit and oversize khaki jacket from her husband's clothing line while Kourtney chose a ladylike dress and thigh high boots.

Her suede stunners are by Stuart Weitzman and the 'Highland' boots are a celebrity favorite. We've spotted them on a number of famous faces but we can't get enough of Kourtney's burgundy version.

Kourtney, on the other hand, was simply chic in her black short-sleeved frock that had retro written all over it.

The dress fit Kourtney loosely on top and was cinched in at the waist before flaring out to the tops of her red suede boots.

Kourtney let her raven-black hair hang loose and she swept it away as the sisters emerged from the casual eatery.

Kim, meanwhile, was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, according to TMZ.

The petitioner Rafael Linares is seeking unspecified damages from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

Linares claims in court documents that he 'sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort, and physical disability'.

He is seeking financial compensation for past and future medical expenses and reimbursement for the repair of his vehicle.

Linares is seeking money for the costs associated with the 'loss of use' of his vehicle.
