Pregnant Ginnifer Goodwin wraps bump up in a trench coat while out and about in LA... after joking about hiring multiple nannies

She joked about hiring multiple nannies while talking about being pregnant with her second child.

But Ginnifer Goodwin looked like she could certainly handle business all on her own.

The pregnant 37-year-old actress was spotted running errands in Los Angeles all by her lonesome on Thursday. 

She looked stylish for the chilly day usually sunny Southern California as she wrapped her baby bump in a tan double-breasted trench coat.

The Once Upon A Star actress went for a casual chic look as she also sported a loose-fitting light blue blouse, black trousers and matching high-top sneakers.

Her brunette pixie cut was dishevelled as she sported large, designer shades over her face which had natural, complimentary make-up on it. 

No doubt she was keeping hydrated as she juggled a water battle and hot beverage in one of her hands on the outing.

This comes just a day after her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel live where she joked that she and husband Josh Dallas are taking a 'Downton Abbey style' approach to their expanding family.

'The first time we thought we needed to be heroes and do everything ourselves...... so we went real hippy dippy. And this time we are going at it like Downton Abbey style - staffing up,' she said. 

'We'll have like a nanny and an under nanny and an under under nanny!'

Goodwin covered her huge baby bump in  bright red for her appearance on the late night talk show on ABC.

She paired a floaty dress with a cropped black leather biker jacket and despite being heavily pregnant, still opted for red stilettos.

The new arrival will be another boy for the celebrity couple who wed in April 2014 after meeting on the set of Once Upon A Time.

Goodwin said she and her husband are having a hard time coming up with another's boy's name that they really like.

'We're trying on different things. It's hard because we are having a boy and we blew it. I mean, not blew it, but Oliver to us is like the best name on the planet,' she explained.

'So, how do we follow Oliver with another name that's just as stunning?'

On Wednesday, during an appearance on CBS' The Talk, Goodwin was asked if her firstborn is looking forward to becoming a big brother. 

'He's excited. But then if you ask him are you a unicorn, he will say yes,' she said.

She added that she does think little Oliver grasps the idea that there's someone in his mommy's tummy. 

'He lifts up my shirt every single morning and says: ‘Hi baby. I love you baby,' Goodwin said, adding that she and her husband tell him that the baby in her tummy can hear him.

Last year, Dallas told People that his wife and co-star is 'the greatest mother.'

'It’s extraordinary to have your partner, who you’ve known all this time, blossom into this woman … who is so nurturing, so caring and just so cool,' the actor gushed.

'She’s so cool and she’s a cool mom. It’s great.'
