Tired-looking Orlando Bloom goes solo in NYC... as it's claimed his new romance with Katy Perry is already getting 'very serious'

It's been a hectic few days for Orlando Bloom and the English actor looked a little weary in New York on Thursday.

The Lord Of The Rings star, 39, was in the Big Apple to support new girlfriend Katy Perry, 31, as she performed at a political fundraiser Wednesday night for Hillary Clinton.

The East Coast trip followed a romantic getaway in Hawaii with the singer, 31, last weekend.

The traveling seemed to be catching up with Bloom who was seen without his galpal Thursday afternoon.

While he still sported the remnants of his Hawaiian tan, he looked tired and a little subdued.

He wore a two-tone jacket with dark blue jeans and brown shoes and showed some facial stubble as if he hadn't shaved.

The actor, according to onlookers, was spotted saying goodbye to his five-year-old son Flynn as the little boy sat in the backseat of a black sedan.

Flynn is his child with Australian model Miranda Kerr, from whom he split in 2013.

While Perry did not accompany the actor, People claimed Wednesday that she's been getting to know her beau's kid, and their relationship is going full steam ahead. 

'Orlando and Katy seem very serious,' a source told the publication, adding that Bloom 'dotes on her.'  

'Katy hasn't looked happier,' the source claimed. 'She always has the biggest smile when she is around Orlando.'

The superstar singer hit the stage at the Hillary Victory Fund 'I'm With Her' benefit concert at Radio City Music Hall in New York Wednesday night to support the U.S. Democratic presidential hopeful. 

She channeled her inner Uncle Sam in a pair of shiny wide-legged blue and white striped trousers, teamed with a very uplifting red star-printed bra top.

A regular face at political rallies and concerts, Katy looked utterly at home on the stage as she wowed the crowd at the event, which also had former president Bill Clinton and Chelsea Clinton in attendance.

Addressing the crowd, the Firework hitmaker explained why she's backing the 68-year-old former First Lady. 

'I'm not voting for her because she's a woman,' she said, in-between songs. 'I'm voting for her because she's the right person for the job.'

The singer - who performed at the event free of charge - also dedicated her song Unconditional to the political candidate, who won 7 out of 11 states in primaries on Tuesday.
