The episode had opened at Ang's house with Karen Gravano, Carla Facciolo, and Renee Graziano visiting to keep Ang's 'spirits high'.

'It was the scariest day of my life,' Ang recalled of the her recent surgery, in which part of her lung was removed.

'It's been a never ending battle,' said Ang, who is the niece of deceased Salvatore 'Sally Dogs' Lombardi a caporegime ('capo') and drug dealer in the Genovese crime family.

'I hope they got all the cancer,' she prayed, before attending a follow-up appointment with the doctor.

She was told her lymph nodes had 'not been affected' so she would not require chemotherapy.

'I'm over the cancer word…bye Felicia,' she rejoiced, pledging to be kind to everyone from now on.

'I'm going to be very nice,' grinned the reality star, who was just age 55 when she died.

Carla was overjoyed by the news: 'Angela is a fighter…nothing will stop that woman,' she beamed.

Big Ang over dinner shared her new outlook on life.

'I'm not going to take life for granted any more. I'm going to live the fullest. I'm not going to be mean, or nasty or yell at anyone. I'm going to be very nice. I'm going to celebrate,' she said.

Despite her new outllok, Ang couldn't keep the peace as Drita D'Avanzo threatened to break Karen Gravano's jaw and 'enjoy it'.

A huge feud broke out between the Staten Island women with Drita promising to 'personally throw Karen the beating of a f***ing lifetime'.

A scuffle erupted after a steak dinner in Brooklyn when the women confronted Brittany about her friendship with their nemesis Drita.

Ang admitted to calling Brittany a 'flip flop' but Brittany chose to attack the others instead.

'She's f***ing delusional,' barked Carla Facciolo.

'You like Drita, that's your problem,' screamed Renee Graziano, 47.

'I don't care if she drops dead tomorrow,' she wailed.

Brittany was annoyed about Karen badmouthing Drita.

'I'm done with Karen, our friendship from here on out is over. F*** you Karen,' bloviated the leggy blonde.

When Carla called Drita 'Brittany's teacher', and suggested she needed 'a new teacher' Brittany went nuclear.

'I don't take orders from anyone,' she screamed as the women flew at each other.

Carla didn't seem impressed.

'Honestly, I could breastfeed the kid,' she said dismissively of Brittany.

'Drita flipped this bitch faster than the feds flipped Brittany's mother,' observed Karen.

Brittany also insinuated that it was the other women's fault that she'd fought with Marissa Jade.

'She wanted to fight Marissa, so she's got nobody to blame but her f***ing self,' griped Natalie Guercio, 33.

Brittany, 24, then met Drita, 40, in the park.

'Them ducks, they're vicious motherf***ers on Staten Island,' warned Drita.

Karen had dated Drita's husband Lee for 10 years before he married Drita and when Brittany recounted how Karen had called Lee a 'p***y', Drita lost it.

'I'm gonna break her f***ing jaw, and I can't wait,' she spat.

'I am personally going to throw Karen the beating of a f***ing lifetime,' she raged.

'Karen Gravano is dead, dead, dead,' she yelled, throwing her coffee cup across the park.

Karen had been gunning to get her father out of prison early but claimed the authorities had a 'vendetta' against him.

'He deserves an early release, but because he's 'Sammy the Bull' he's not getting out of jail,' she complained.

She then met with gallery curator Rachel Wilkins, who was organising an exhibition of Sammy the Bull's art work.

They planned a VIP launch party for a solo show of his portraits.

Carla, Storm and the gang arrived to swig champagne and celebrate. Brittany was not invited.

Ang was impressed at the art.

'It goes to show you, you can pretty much learn anything when you have a lot of free time,' Ang said.

Of his 20-year sentence Sammy has already spent seven years in solitary confinement.

'He did a whole collection of different women,' said Karen as she showed Rachel his drawings.

Previously Brittany had met with Drita, at her cousin's bakery.

'Karen has done nothing but try and cause f***ing trouble between me and Brittany and you know what? It didn't work,' said Drita.

'I'm so glad that I have Drita to give me advice on these old f***ing hags who are washed up,' said Brittany.

At Drita's house earlier she had celebrated her daughter's Gizelle's eighth birthday with a new puppy.

'Now we have another little gangster in our family,' said Drita.
