She's one of the most stunning actresses working in film today.

And Kate Beckinsale kept up with appearances on Thursday night at the premiere for The Brothers Grimsby in Los Angeles.

The 42-year-old rocked a pair of high waisted leather trousers as she positively glowed on the arrivals carpet.

The Underworld star sported open toe heels as she wore her coat slung over her slender shoulders.

The actress showed a bit of cleavage in a tight white T-shirt as she tied her hair back into a loose knot. 

Kate has spoken out in the past about the key to her youthful appearance and in a 2013 interview with Women's Health she vowed she has never had any surgery.

She said: 'It’s not a mystery. I just get on with it. [I eat] lean protein every three hours... I have a personal instructor who comes around.

'I haven’t even done Botox. Look, I can move my face. And I’ve had these teeth since I was 10 – they’ve always been this size!

'Actually, I’m glad I didn’t get veneers because in the apocalypse everyone’s veneers are going to fall off and then what are you going to do? Tom Cruise is going to be screwed.'

She commented on insistence that she has had cosmetic help yet vowed she was entirely natural - before joking that she would go under the knife when she turns 50.  

The pretty actress said: 'According to popular opinion I’ve had everything on my face replaced. I read somewhere I’d had my chin replaced. 

'I wouldn’t know the first place to get a chin! Maybe I’ll just get everything replaced when I’m 50. Start at the ankles and work up. You’d probably get a good deal – get a Groupon.'

Kate was joined at the bash by the likes of Kate Bosworth, Diane Kruger, Antonio Banderas, Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson.
