Marco Rubio has suggested that Trump that the size of Trump's hands could indicate another body part could be undersized. Trump brought it up during a Fox News debate featuring the remaining four Republican candidates (inset) in Detroit. Trump also took shots at Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, calling him 'Lying Ted' when he was challenged about an off-the-record editorial board meeting he held with the New York Times. Trump reportedly suggested in that meeting that he might soften his rock-ribbed immigration positions and was taking a hard line as a way to start a later negotiation. Cruz suggested he was 'lying to the American people' about what he would do as president. 'You're the lying guy up here. You're the liar, lying Ted,' Trump fired back. As Trump sparred with Cruz on his use of foreign workers at his Palm Beach hotel, Cruz tried to put The Donald into a time out. 'Learn not to interrupt, Donald. It's not complicated. Count to ten. Count to ten,' he lectured.

Twenty-two-year-old Frank Guerra is in jail facing serious charges including kidnapping. Guerra pleaded not guilty to the charges at the Stanislaus County Superior Court.

But from September of 2015 through January 2016, the Stanislaus County District Attorney?s Office claimed Guerra kept his girlfriend imprisoned in a dog crate at their home on Farr Street.

?That's torture! What the hell?? said neighbor Juan Hernandez as he reacted to the news when FOX40 told him about the allegations.

His anger comes after learning that someone so close is suspected of doing so much harm.

At 2 months old in 1991, Christopher Kostenbader received a head injury that put him in a vegetative state for the next 23 years.
His stepfather, Christopher Barber, pleaded guilty to inflicting the injury and was sentenced in 1992 to five to 10 years in prison.
When Kostenbader, still in a vegetative state at age 23, died in May, an autopsy revealed the 1991 injury caused his death. As a result, Barber, now 46 and living in Plainfield, Ill., is now charged with murder and being detained in Monroe County Correctional Facility without bail, awaiting a district court hearing.
At 2 months old on Dec. 31, 1991, Kostenbader was found unresponsive on the living room floor of his Ross Township home. He was taken by his mother, Kandy Kostenbader, and Barber to Pocono Medical Center and then flown by helicopter to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where his brain was found with "tons of damage" from shaken baby syndrome, according to a state police affidavit.
