John Terry, Dele Alli and Dimitri Payet among winners at London Football Awards

John Terry, Dele Alli and Dmitri Payet were among the Barclays Premier League stars recognised at the London Football Awards on Thursday night.

Chelsea captain Terry turned up in person at Battersea Evolution in the capital to collect his Outstanding Contribution to London Football award.

This could be the former England international's final season playing in London with Terry set to leave Chelsea at the end of the season.

Football League Player of the Year – Moussa Dembele 

Tottenham Hotspur starlet Alli won London Young Player of the Year while West Ham winger Payet won Premier League Player of the Year.

Alli has made a seamless transition from League One to the Premier League and has earned international recognition during an impressive campaign for the 19-year-old midfielder.

France midfielder Payet has been the driving force behind West Ham's surge into the European places this season with the talented playmaker notching seven goals and six assists during his debut season in England.

Tottenham's Mauricio Pochettino won London Manager of the Year as his side fight for their first title in 55 years.

The Argentine has transformed the north London club during his short tenure, turning them into one of the best teams in the country playing an attractive and efficient brand of football. 

Spurs go up against Arsenal in the North London derby on Saturday but the Gunners will be without the injured Petr Cech, who won London Goalkeeper of the Year at the awards.

Moussa Dembele of Fulham also won Football League Player of the Year, while Chelsea's Eni Aluko won London Women's Player of the Year.

Arsenal legend Bob Wilson presented Terry with his award at the ceremony which was hosted by Max Rushden and raised funds for national charity, Willow.
