Blonde bombshell Kendall Jenner swaps hair colour with brunette beauty BFF Gigi Hadid as they switch up their style to rule the runway at Balmain's Paris Fashion Week showcase 

And switch: They're best friends and catwalk queens and on Thursday, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid swapped hair colours as they took to the catwalk at the Balmain show for Paris Fashion Week

How they normally look: Gigi is usually a blonde, while Kendall normally sports raven locks - pictured at the DVF presentation in New York on February 14

Hot to trot:(L-R) Jourdan Dunn, Karlie Kloss and Alessandra Ambrosio all looked incredible as they walked the runway in pastel coloured couture

Wow thing: Another look saw Gigi wearing a beaded fringed number which had an intricate design, (left) while Kendall sported an elaborate lace number with cream thigh high boots (right) 

Purple reign: Sporting rather racy looks, Kendall went braless and flashed her cleavage under a semi-sheer purple striped top worn under a structured cape and thigh-high boots 

Making an entrance: Kendall was perfectly poised as she commanded the very plush room and walked along a mirrored floor

Lilac love: Satins and suedes were the order of the day, as were corseted details and long boots

She's done this before: Gigi also stole the show as she walked down the runway with ease 

And breathe... Karlie took a moment to check out her ensemble as she spent a moment backstage next to all of the star's clothes rails

Very nice: The newly engaged catwalk queen wore a black, white and gold mini dress which had a fringed hem

Looking the part: Supermodel Lindsay Wixon followed suit in a similarly fabulous outfit worn with tasselled shoes 

Dark side: (l-r) Supermodel Lily Donaldson put on a very leggy display as she made an appearance in an all-black ensemble, while Sara Sampaio and Joan Smalls followed suit

Taking the plunge: Matt and his model girlfriend Elle Evans wore matching outfits to the event, with criss-cross lacing featuring heavily

The look of love: While Elle went underwear free in her racy jumpsuit, it seems it was all too much for Matt who couldn't resist locking lips with his love
