Last season Sanchez starred for Arsene Wenger's FA Cup winners, but since returning from the hamstring injury which saw him miss nearly two months of the season it's been a bit of a dog's life for the Chilean.
However Wenger is backing his £30 million man to rediscover the form that had made him such a potent force up to this point in his Emirates career.
‘He is just coming back from injury. I believe that he is fighting to come back to his best,' said the Arsenal boss.
‘His second half was quite positive and encouraging at Manchester United. What you want is you don’t want him to lose confidence and he wants to fight. ‘
