Did you find those on the run-way? Karlie Kloss offsets a girlie silk frock with grungy trainers as she leaves catwalk afterparty

Supermodel Karlie Kloss plumped for grunge glamour on Thursday night, after working it on the runway in Balmain's supermodel army.

The 23-year-old offset her girlie silk frock with a pair of Stan Smith trainers to leave the afterparty, no doubt seeking some comfort in flat, comfortable footwear following her catwalk appearance.

Karlie layered on a leather jacket and rocking a black choker as she left L'Arc nightclub in Paris, proving that she had personal style to rival the brand's creative director Olivier Rousteing.

Normally a mousey brown shade, Karlie's messy tresses had been transformed into a lighter, platinum hue for the show.

Though the look was so seamless when she left the venue that it wasn't clear she was wearing a coloured wig, like her counterparts Kendall Jenner and Alessandra Ambrossio.

Her make-up look, meanwhile, was distinctly minimal and on the accessories front she only needed her mobile phone.

For the afterparty, Karlie had swapped out of the show's feminine ruffles and pink satin to favour something floaty that skimmed over her lithe shape.

That afternoon, she'd joined the likes of Gigi Hadid and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in Rousteing's notoriously high profile group of show stars.

Karlie had hit the runway in a corset that framed her bust and lace trousers that flashed through to her undergarments.

A pleated cape completed the look as she sashayed past her model companions in an unseasonably light palette for spring.

Similarly, her trainers - slightly scuffed and discoloured at the lace - were no doubt a welcome departure from the killer heels that the stars were expected to model.

Many of the models had caused more of a stir with swapping hair colours than they had with the clothes.
