Taiwan

If you noticed that the spelling of some of the Streets and City names in Taiwan have changed is because Taiwan has switched from the anarchic Wade-Giles Romanization of Chinese words to Tongyong Pinyin. It's still not the commie PRC created Hanyu Pinyin.

Freeways
Taiwan's "Freeways" are not toll free but the building standards and fonts for the big green signs (or BGS) are based on the American Interstate system. Also the #1 Freeway was the original freeway so its exits are sequentially numbered.
