Girls' trip! Bristol Palin leaves her custody battles behind as she and daughter Sailor Grace escape for a beach getaway with her sisters Willow, 21, and Piper, 14

  • The 25-year-old took to Instagram over the weekend to share photos from their Hawaiian vacation
  • While the sisters posed for a family photo in the surf, Willow enjoyed a beer on the beach, and Bristol cuddled Sailor in the resort's pool
  • Bristol and her ex-fiance Levi Johnston, 25, settled their child custody dispute over their son Tripp in February - seven years after his birth
  • The mother-of-two and her other ex-fiance Dakota Meyer, 27, have also come to an interim agreement over visitation of their daughter, Sailor

Bristol Palin traded the cold Alaska weather for some fun in the sun with her sisters and her two-month-old daughter Sailor Grace during a much-needed family vacation.

The 25-year-old left her custody battles with former partners Levi Johnston and Dakota Meyer behind and enjoyed a girls' getaway in Hawaii with her sisters Willow, 21, and Piper, 14, over the weekend.

Bristol took to Instagram to share photos of them frolicking in the surf and a picture of what was presumably Sailor's first dip in a swimming pool.

The mother-of-two kicked off the vacation on Friday by posting a snapshot of herself holding her baby girl while posed in front of the crashing waves at sunset.

Bristol looked relaxed in a loose tank-top and cutoff denim shorts, and the next day, she and Sailor were wading in the pool at the resort.

'My heart,' she captioned the photo of herself cuddled up to her daughter, who donned a hat, a long sleeve swimming top, and ruffled bottoms to keep her delicate skin protected from the sun.

Meanwhile, Bristol showed off her post-pregnancy body in a black bandeau top and colorful bikini bottoms during their say in the son.

The next day she and her sisters headed to the beach, where they posed together in the surf.

'Best sister friends,' Bristol wrote when she posted the photo to her Instagram page.

While Piper wore a black patterned bikini top and string bottoms, Willow covered her white fringe bathing suit with loose-fitting coral tank that hit the top of her thighs.

However, Bristol may have gotten too much sun the day before because she opted for a black tunic cover-up and a baseball cap to shield her face from the sun.

That day, the proud mom also shared a photo of herself holding Sailor in front of the water, which she simply captioned, 'chirping'.

And while Bristol was enjoying Sailor's first trip to the beach, Willow relaxed with a cold beer.

The middle Palin sister took to her Instagram page on Saturday to share a photo of herself holding her adult beverage while posed in the ocean.

'Beers&beaches #weekendgetaway [sic],' she captioned the playful snapshot.

The three sisters have grown up in front of the country's eyes as Willow and Piper were only 13 and six when their mother Sarah Palin was the Republican vice presidential nominee in 2008.

Meanwhile, Bristol, who was 17 years old at the time, was pregnant with her son Tripp, her seven-year-old son with her ex-fiance Levi Johnston.

Eight years later, Bristol was undoubtedly happy to be spending some quality time with the most important women in her life. Just last week, it was revealed that she and her ex-fiance Dakota Meyer, 27, had come to an interim agreement over visitation of their daughter, Sailor.

Sailor's birth on December 23 brought on an increasingly bitter custody battle between the former couple, and last month, Daily Mail Online exclusively revealed that a court demanded paternity test showed Dakota  to be the baby's father with '99.9957 percent certainty' after months of unconfirmed speculation.

While it was reported that Dakota had filed an emergency custody motion in February to ask a judge to rule immediately on a temporary custody agreement, Bristol opposed that order and his demands on the grounds that she is breastfeeding Sailor, and his request would have interfered with that process.

Instead the couple has agreed to far more limited access than that which Dakota originally sought with the Marine and Medal of Honor recipient set to see Sailor for the first time on March 19.

Meanwhile, Bristol and Levi have finally settled their child custody dispute over their son Tripp - seven years after his birth.

Levi announced the news on Facebook last month, writing; 'I'm so happy to have my son in my life, and to put all of this back in forth in the courts behind me.

'It might have taken me 7 years and cost me around $100,000 in lawyer fees, spread out among 3 different lawyers, as well as a lot of patience, but it was all worth it. I'm happy now to be successfully co-parenting. [sic]'

Bristol also took to social media after they reached an agreement to diffuse any rumors that she 'lost' the custody battle.

'These babies are my world and I will always be doing what is best for them,' she wrote. 'Every child deserves two loving parents, so I will continue to encourage that no matter what. I have never, and will never, keep them from having a positive relationship with their fathers.

I did not "lose" any custody case - my son has always spent most of his time with me and he will continue to do so, he is happy, healthy, and knows both of his parents love him...'
