And Sunday evening was no different as the Barbados beauty modeled a pair of Chanel sunglasses with a yellow gold chain leash worn around her neck. Leashed on sunglasses have not been popular since the 1980s.

The 28-year-old Work hit maker was spotted arriving at LAX airport.

The glasses were black and the leash smartly was attached to the top front portion of the frames.

The Umbrella singer also had on a black sweatshirt with the face of a man with his eyes closed on the front. Black and white track pants and white sneakers completed her urban chic look.

The Grammy favorite - who has been seen with ex Drake lately - also nicely matched her red lips to her red bails. Her very long raven locks were worn down and in soft waves.

If there's anyone who does airport style well, it's Rihanna. Maybe due to her jet setting lifestyle which sees the pop star hop from one country to the next almost weekly, she has comfy yet stylish dressing down to an art form.

Showing us how it's done as she touched down in LA this week, Rihanna was working a head to toe look from her new line for Puma. The AW16 Fenty x Puma collection debuted at New York Fashion Week and has had everyone talking since. Rihanna's always had a unique ability to mix sportswear with evening wear and create an altogether sexy look, which is exactly what this collection is all about - sexy sportswear which combines the casual with the glamourous.

Keeping it comfortable for her flight, Rihanna rocked a pair of black and white luxe track pants from the collection along with an oversized black graphic print sweater. She finished off the look with a pair of vintage Chanel sunglasses and a Christian Dior metallic tote -we told you it was an art form!
