Roberts told police his daughter was a heroin addict and ?a problem? and that he drove her from New Lebanon to the North Gettysburg Avenue area in Dayton to buy heroin because she was ?becoming ill from the withdrawal,? the report stated.
When police approached their vehicle, Brown allegedly ducked down and tried to hide a syringe. She also told police she swallowed two gel capsules of heroin to conceal them, according to the report.
