Rocco Ritchie seeks company in female pals during casual London hangout... as mother Madonna 'admits she has lost him'
Rocco Ritchie may be putting distance between himself and his mother, but he wasn't short of company this weekend.
The 15-year-old was seen strolling with two female friends in the park in London, just as Madonna was publicly declaring that she missed her son, on the other side of the world on Friday.
Like any typical teenager, Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son seemed to be looking ahead to weekend with his friends in tow, turning a blind eye to reports that the pop star is admitting she's 'lost him'.Â

Keeping him company: Rocco Ritchie (right) was seen hanging out with some friends in a London park on Friday, as it was reported that Madonna feels like she's finally 'lost' her son
Rocco is currently estranged from his pop queen mother owing to a dispute over which parent he should be living with and stays in the British capital with his father and step-mum Jacqui at present.
Appearing to be letting the family troubles wash over him, the teenager cut a relaxed figure in a hoodie and trainers this week.Â
The trio strolled along the footpath at a leisurely pace, appearing to have no pressing plans, other than to hang out.Â
He certainly didn't seem to have plans to see his mother on Mother's Day as she continues the Rebel Tour in New Zealand.
Casual: The casual hang out was just ahead of Mother's Day in the UK, but it looked like Rocco had no plans to be with Madonna
Awkward:Â Rocco is currently estranged from his pop queen mother owing to a dispute over which parent he should live with and stays in the British capital with his father and step-mum Jacqui at present
Drawing attention to their estranged relationship, the 57-year-old is said to have broken down on stage on Friday night, emotionally professing her love for her son to the crowd.
The mother-of-four burst into tears on the Auckland stage as she told fans: 'There is no love stronger than a mother for her son. If I talk about him too much I might cry.'Â Â
She then dedicated her song La Vie en Rose to him and said: 'I hope he hears this somewhere and knows how much I miss him.'Â
The face-off started in December when Rocco left his mother's world tour to fly to Britain to stay with his father - Rocco then allegedly breaking a court order by refusing to return to the US for Christmas.
Relaxed: The trio didn't seem to be in any hurry and Rocco appeared to be upbeat
Looking forward to the weekend: That same night, Madonna publicly declared that she missed her son
And with Rocco refusing to acknowledge his mother's many pleas and demands for him to return to the US, the teenager has stayed in England, where he has been frequently spotted enjoying time alone with his father.Â
However it appears that Madonna has accepted she is fighting a losing battle, since The Mail On Sunday revealed that admitted to friends that her son does not want to live with her.
But she is said to be 'utterly bereft' at the prospect and, as part of the peace deal, she is demanding a series of assurances that she'll retain some parental influence over her only natural son.Â
Last week, as a fresh legal bid was launched at the Family Division of London's High Court, a judge urged the couple to settle their differences out of court.

Public declaration: Rocco's mother Madonna (pictured on Friday) broke down over her son on stage in New Zealand that night, with The Mail On Sunday revealing that the 57-year-old pop star tells friends that she has 'lost the battle' and has finally admitted that her son does not want to live with her
One of the singer's closest friends last night conceded: 'The fact is Madonna has now accepted Rocco isn't coming home and that his home is now with his dad. Rocco wants to be with his dad but she won't give up being his mother.
'She won't stop fighting to try to make sure Rocco is kept safe and has what he needs. She can't understand why it has come to this. Her world has been shattered.'
The temporary truce comes after weeks of stalemate negotiations between lawyers for Madonna, Guy and their son (who was represented by a lawyer at meetings as well).
Staying with dad? Madonna is said to have conceded defeat to Rocco's dad, her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie (here in August 2015) over which parent he would reside with
Guy was most certainly celebrating his second wife on Mothering Sunday, nonetheless, when he treated Jacqui and their three children to a bike ride in London.
The 47-year-old director and his model wife, 34, were spotted out and about with their three young ones Rafael, four, Rivka, three, and Levi, two, while Jacqui's step-son Rocco was nowhere to be seen.Â
And it appears that the simple and quaint excursion certainly put a smile on his wife's face, as Jacqui shared a snap on Instagram.
She captioned the snap, which appears to have been taken by Guy: 'A Mother's Day bike ride in the park. Happy Mother's Day to every single Mummy out there. Love you, Mum.'Â

Letting him go? It appears that Madonna (pictured with Rocco in 2013) has accepted she is fighting a losing battle, telling friends that she will let her son stay in Britain but is 'utterly bereft' at the prospect
