Vanessa Hudgens appears to be in a shy mood as she leaves yoga class in leather jacket and sheer panel leggings during break from filming Powerless

It's been two weeks since she jetted into Vancouver, BC, to start work on the pilot episode for new sitcom, Powerless.

And it seems Vanessa Hudgens is adjusting to life in the Canadian city.

The 27-year-old started her Sunday in the same way that she often did at home in Los Angeles - with a yoga class to keep her figure in shape.

The actress was spotted leaving Yyoga stylishly decked out in black from head to toe.

The High School Musical vet teamed a leather jacket with a sweater, leggings that showed off her slender legs and flat slip-on shoes.

Vanessa styled her brunette tresses in a high updo and appeared to be wearing little in the way of make-up.

She covered her eyes with a pair of celebrity must-have shades and accessorised with a large leather bag, in black, of course, that she threw over her shoulder.

The Grease Live star was glued to her cell phone, smiling at the screen as she walked.

She may have been calling her actor boyfriend of five years, 24-year-old Austin Butler.

Powerless is a comedy set at one of the worst insurance companies in the US with the twist being that it also takes place in DC Comics' superhero universe.

Vanessa plays insurance claims adjuster Emily Locke, a normal, powerless person in a world of superheroes and villains. 

The half-hour comedy from A To Z creator Ben Queen and Warner Bros. TV has been picked up by NBC, with a pilot production commitment.
