'How bizarre': Jo Wood finds it strange her ex-husband Ronnie is set to become a father again aged 68

She's on good terms with her ex-husband Ronnie Wood.

But Jo Wood admits she finds it strange the Rolling Stones rocker is set to become father again at the age of 68, welcoming twin girls with his wife Sally Humphries, 38, in the coming months.

The 60-year-old blonde - who has children Jamie, 41, Tyrone, 32, and Leah, 37, with Ronnie - and can't get her head around the 'bizarre' family set up since Leah and her husband Jack Macdonald's kids Maggie, six, and Otis, two, will be older than their aunts.

She told HELLO! magazine: 'Maggie will be like a big sister to them when in fact they'll be her aunties. How bizarre.'

Jo plans to go and visit Sally and Ronnie when the babies are born so she can shower them with gifts.

'I'll go round when they're born and bring them identical dresses', she said.

Ronnie's daughter Leah is also thrilled by the twins' impending arrival, saying: 'I am actually [looking forward to their arrival]. My dad is very happy. I'm quite curious to see what they look like.'

Jo confessed she couldn't imagine going through the perils of dealing with newborns at this stage of her life.

She joked to the publication: 'I can't imagine having to wake up at night and having to do the feeds and cope with tiny babies screaming.

'I couldn't go through that. Maybe when they're five or six I'll babysit.'

Jo's comments come after she revealed that late nights and nappies will come as a shock to the rock hellraiser, because he missed out on it the first time round due to being high on drink and drugs.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, she explained: 'When he last had kids he was flying high on cocaine and booze back then, so missed all the sleepless nights and the crying...

'So this time now he’s stone cold sober I think he’ll get a shock.'
