She's the stunning Australian actress known for her natural beauty and elegance.

So it's no surprise that Naomi Watts was a vision in lace as she stepped out on stage for an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday.

The 47-year-old was there to promote her new movie, The Divergent Series: Allegiant, but was instead treated to a trip down memory lane as Kimmel played an old commercial that the actress filmed way back in 1990 when she was barely out of her teens.

Naomi Watts took to the Jimmy Kimmel Live sofa this week to discuss her new movie: The Divergent Series: Allegiant.

If you're going to give a good impression you of course have to dress the part and Naomi did just that. She stunned in a lace midi dress by brand of the moment: Self-Portrait.

It's been worn by the likes of Kristen Stewart, Maisie Williams, Miranda Kerr and Gigi Hadid, so Naomi is in good company.

Her pick was a two-tone design that was mostly black with a blue hem and of course was designed all in lace - like most Self-Portrait pieces.

The classic commercial was for roast lamb and centers around Naomi's character winning a glamorous date with Tom Cruise, who at the time was Hollywood's biggest heart-throb thanks to films like Days of Thunder and Top Gun.

However, Naomi turns down the date after discovering that it's scheduled on the same night she's due to have a roast lamb dinner with her family.

'I gave up a dinner with Tom Cruise for this,' the blonde beauty says in the commercial.

Her on-screen father then replies: 'Never mind love, you can go out with him any night.'

According to Naomi, Tom is actually aware that the commercial exists, but she declined to reveal just exactly what he thinks of it.

Despite having filmed the commercial 26 years ago, Naomi's appearance doesn't appear to have changed today.

Her porcelain skin still looks relatively wrinkle-free, while her luscious blonde locks are still fashioned into a chic shoulder-length cut.

The stunner's youthful appearance is partly due to treatments from famed dermatologist Dr. David Colbert, who is known for his line of skincare products and for inventing the popular Triad facial.

The Mulholland Drive actress swears by Dr. Colbert's treatments and has been a fan for years.
