Johnny Depp was one of the biggest movie stars in Hollywood when he starred as the charismatic Jack Sparrow in 2003's Pirates Of The Caribbean.

But a lot has changed since then, like the veteran actor's style. The Kentucky native has taken to dressing more rocker grunge lately instead of polished matinee idol.

And Tuesday night was no different as the 52-year-old was spotted carrying a glass of red wine outside of an office building in downtown Los Angeles.

Headed to a saloon? Johnny Depp looked western grunge as he carried a glass of wine out of an office building in downtown LA on Tuesday evening

The Black Mass star looked more Kid Rock than calendar man as he wore layers of grungy clothing.

The Mortdecai star had on an old-school denim button-down shirt with filled pockets - one even had a pen in it - over a black shirt and a thin black scarf tied around his neck.

That's not all.

The Oscar nominee also wore boot cut black jeans and rounded toed boots that made him look ready for a trip to the Wild West.

A funky brown hat that appeared like it had seen a lot of miles sat on top of a scarf that was tied around his head. Blue tinted glasses added to his over-the-top ensemble as did layers of silver chains around his beck.

Depp also had some facial hair.

The silver screen idol was holding onto a wine glass that was partially filled with red wine.

The Edward Scissorhands star was talking to two men, one whom seemed to have a script or notebook in his hand.

There was no sign of Johnny's wife Amber Heard, who he worked with on the set of Rum Diary and wed in 2015.

Depp's looks have changed in the past few years as he has gotten more into his rock music.

The star has dressed in a more grungy fashion and has let his facial hair go. Still he can suit up nicely as he did in January when he took Heard to The Art of Elysium 2016 HEAVEN Gala presented by Vivienne Westwood & Andreas Kronthaler in Culver City.

Johnny had on a black suit with dapper vest and opened white shirt with chic blue-tinted glasses, making him look ready for his closeup.

A 10: he can suit up nicely as he did in January when he took Heard to The Art of Elysium 2016 HEAVEN Gala presented by Vivienne Westwood & Andreas Kronthaler at 3LABS in Culver City
