And Mischa Barton looked to be in fine form as she arrived to her first day of dance rehearsals in a classic convertible Cadillac, following reports she had two cars (an Audi and a Volkswagen) default on payments.

The 30-year-old arrived on Wednesday to the Los Angeles studio wearing bell bottom jeans and a flowy shirt.

Mischa arrived behind the wheel of what looked to be a blue 1973 Cadillac Eldorado.

The OC vet apparently saw her new Volkswagen repossessed, according to a report from TMZ, after failing to make payments on the automobile.

This came just five months after Audi threatened to take the star's Q3 SUV away when she didn't send them a check.

VW filed a case against the actress claiming she leased one of the company's cars and stopped making payments, the site claimed.

TMZ obtained the legal documents, which they say lists the actress' debt as $25,000.

Barton has been having financial problems for the past year. There have also been legal issues with her mother Nuala.

The actress had not paid her $696.29 monthly payments for the past four months on her brand-new leased grey Audi Q3, it was claimed.

The leasing company demanded that she return the luxury SUV, reported TMZ. The site claimed to have previewed the legal documents.

The Audi Q3 starts at $33,000 without the frills. But Mischa's version cost $40,000, which is what the leaser asked for immediately.

Barton leased the car at the end of March 2015.

She put down $2,300 and agreed to $696.29 a month for three years but she's only made one payment, TMZ alleged.

In 2009 she starred in the TV series The Beautiful Life as Sonja Stone, but the show fizzled after only a few episodes.

Mischa has since done several smaller films. She is now working on Starcrossed, Operator, Deserted, The Malevolent and Father.

So it is not as if she is not working. But still she has complained of financial struggles.

In April she sued her mother Nuala accusing her of taking a large portion of her earnings when she served as Mischa's manager.

She also claimed her mother forced her out of her own house.

In 2009 the star gave an interview to People magazine where she revealed at age 17 she was drinking too much and her life spiraled out of control.
